Ron started in the Property Business in 1977, originally helping his father, L. Warren Welsh, develop commercial property, and then became a contractor. He shifted to providing real estate services in 1991, and since that time has experience in all aspects of Residential, Commercial, Investment, Ranch and Vineyard Properties. He also specializes in executing 1031 “Tax Deferred Exchanges”.
