Richard Weinand

Rick Weinand approaches every day with energy, an upbeat outlook and a contagious sense of humor.

Most rewarding for him is working with others for a common goal, which in part explains why he became a realtor, after first having had a successful career in the food and wine industry in both Sonoma County, and earlier in his native San Diego. It was in San Diego where he and his partner Don first bought, renovated, and sold a number of houses. As part of a talented, fast learning and self-taught team Rick entered this business in his twenties, and he and his Partner did all of the construction on the homes they renovated.

That construction experience pays off for home buyers working with Rick. “I know when a house has good bones,” he says. “And I wouldn’t sell someone a house I wouldn’t buy.”
Rick knows excellence, and his standards are high. He holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. CRS is the symbol of excellence in residential real estate, representing significant experience and completion of rigorous educational requirements.

“Customer satisfaction is my goal and I work hard to make that happen. I am with a client from start to finish”. Regular client referrals and repeat business attest to Rick’s standard of care as he meets that goal.
