Real estate has been more than just a career for me — it has been a passion that combines my background in finance, my love of homes and architecture, and my hands-on experience in real estate investment, renovation, and property management.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience in many different aspects of the real estate industry, from residential sales and property valuations to investment properties, rental management, and home renovations. As a real estate investor myself, I’ve successfully completed seven residential renovation and resale projects, giving me firsthand knowledge of what it takes to evaluate a property’s potential, navigate improvements, manage costs, and bring a property to market.
My experience also includes REO property evaluations, working with contractors and other real estate professionals, and managing my own rental property. Through my experience as a property owner and landlord, I’ve also worked with HUD-related housing programs and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher tenancies, gaining practical knowledge of subsidized housing, rental assistance programs, and the responsibilities involved in managing income-producing properties. This diverse background allows me to look beyond the surface of a home and help my clients understand both its possibilities and its practical considerations.
With a foundation in finance, I approach real estate with an analytical mindset while recognizing that buying or selling a home is also a deeply personal decision. Whether helping a first-time homebuyer, a homeowner preparing to sell, or an investor evaluating an opportunity, my goal is to provide honest advice, thoughtful guidance, and a clear understanding of the process.
I live in the Russian River area and have a genuine appreciation for Sonoma County, its communities, and the unique character of its properties. From charming older homes and rural properties to investment opportunities and family residences, I enjoy helping people discover what makes a property special.
Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mother of two, a hands-on home improvement enthusiast, and a lover of antiques, craftsmanship, and the outdoors. I’m just as comfortable walking through a renovation project as I am negotiating a real estate transaction.
I believe real estate should be built on trust, communication, and genuine relationships — not sales pressure. My approach is straightforward, practical, and personal. I want my clients to feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or exploring an investment opportunity in Sonoma County, I’d love to help you make your next move.
