The real estate values in great little “Wine Country” towns like Healdsburg and Sebastopol have stayed fairly consistent throughout the overall economic downturn we have experienced since 2007. These towns took a hit in real estate values but not nearly as hard as bigger towns and bedroom communities like Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park did. Over the last couple of years we have seen tremendous in demand. That coupled with low inventory has pushed prices and I can confidently say that we are very close to the values of 2005.
